The primary function of this department is to keep the lottery systems operational in order to maximise sales and revenue. In addition, this department also provides the Enterprise IT technology and user support to all companies within the Zamani Group of companies. The ICT department is very service driven, viewing all users as customers who must only receive first-class service.
